Once in Back Bay, the photo walk proceeded to the Splash Fountain at Christian Science Plaza. Again, bright sunshine allowed high shutter speeds. As if intentionally staged, a group of colorful tourists arrived on cue providing me with endless subjects and combinations. It was difficult selecting just these few to showcase below. The final shot of the Hancock Tower (now called 200 Clarendon) shows just how beautiful the weather was this particular day.
On my way to a weekend photo walk in Back Bay (Prudential Center, etc.), I stumbled upon a race of some sort. With a new camera (Sony a6500) that boasts an affinity for sports shots, and a very sunny morning sky to support me, I crouched down by the barricades and spun up the shutter speed. I was quite pleased with the results. Such sharp details. I wish I were in that kind of shape. You can see the fastest leaders of the pack in the first pics and, well, a slower guy at the end of the gallery set.
