Sometimes we spend too much time in a certain place, and only see it one way. We fail to look at it, or even move around it, differently. I work in Cambridge, Mass… so I’m guilty of playing the same scene of my daily commute on a loop. A recent photography walk there helped me get a fresh perspective.
This is a short post just to encourage us all to take a walk in a familiar area, but at a different time, along a different path, and observe it through a different lens (pun intended). Look down, look up, look over.
The photo of the train tracks now hangs framed in my apartment as a reminder.
